Lodhi says…

Muhammad Lodhi added his review of Agency Rules – Never an Easy Day at the Office today.

“So I have finally finished this book. I had to force myself to read it slowly and not in one day (I got the book on Tuesday). First of all, I would like to say as an overseas Pakistani myself, who grew up in Toronto, Canada, and who madly loves Pakistan and want to go back, and also has a Pushtun, I would like to say I am extremely proud of Khalid Muhammad. You are not only a pride for Pakistani’s but also Pashtuns, I, myself, always wanted to write my own book and have gotten great inspirations from you.

Anyway, now to talk about the book, I really loved this book from the first sentence I read. I got really hooked to this amazing book and to be very honest I have never read a book so awesome. I love spy thrillers and, seeing this being a Pakistani spy thriller, I some how felt a connection to it. I also loved how you detailed the places in Peshawar and Islamabad bringing back great memories.

One last request is can you make the book a little bit more longer. I honestly loved this book a lot and do wish that the future books are a little bit longer because of how amazing it is. Sorry for the long review, please keep up the good work you truly are an inspiration and an amazing book writer I have been and will continue to refer this book to all my family and friends be it Pakistani or non Pakistani and please do visit Toronto.”

About Khalid Muhammad - Author

When people talk about Khalid Muhammad, they talk about an entrepreneur who has helped others build their dreams and businesses. They talk about a teacher, who is dedicated to his students, both inside and outside the classroom, and they return the dedication tenfold. Now, they talk about the author, who has written a fast-paced, action-packed spy thriller about Pakistan, the politics, the Army and terrorism. Born in Pakistan’s troubled Swat Valley, educated and raised in the United States, Khalid returned to Pakistan almost 17 years ago and fell in love with his country. His debut novel, Agency Rules – Never an Easy Day at the Office, is a journey behind the headlines about Pakistan, the world’s most dangerous place, to deliver an intense story that will challenge the reader to question what they have been told.
